12 Days of Calor - A Christmas Poem

Christmas presents wrapped in brown paper with stars, and decorations
There’s no denying that everyone at Calor loves the festive season. In the run up to Christmas the Calor team can often be found donating their time to support worthy causes, whether that’s volunteering at local foodbanks and soup kitchens, or donating toys and supporting local organisations such as St Peters AID for the Needy; we love the community spirit that the festive period brings.

We also love to have some fun dressing up for the festive occasion, with our team members known for putting on a Christmas jumper, or donning a Santa hat and decorating their desks with tinsel too! It’s been a bit strange this year as we haven’t been able to come together as we usually would, but it hasn’t stopped us from having some festive fun. That’s why we’ve written our very own take on the classic carol, 12 days of Christmas!

So sit back, grab a cup of tea and a mince pie and prepare to be amused with our poem! Top tip – you might want to have a go at singing it to the classic tune behind this well-known carol. We’ve all had great fun having a go at doing this!

Merry Christmas everyone and we hope you enjoy our limericks below.
