National delivery information

Need a pre-Christmas delivery? 

If you’d like your gas delivered prior to Christmas this year, please place your order before Monday 16th December 2024. 
If you are not on Auto-ordering, we recommend ordering a top-up when your tank reaches 30% or is below ¼ full (depending on your gauge type) and before it reaches 20%.

Our Festive Opening Times
For gas supply deliveries, we’ll be working all days as usual, except: 
25th December 2024 - Christmas Day
26th December 2024 - Boxing Day
1st January 2025 – New Years Day

If you’re getting bottles by our local stockists, please check their individual opening times as they may differ. You can find their details on our Retailer Finder.

Holiday deliveries

For Home Energy customers: If you're going to be away for the holidays and access to your site will be unavailable for our delivery trucks, please let us know by contacting your local Calor customer service team.

For Business Energy customers: If your business will be closed at certain dates this festive season and access to your site will be unavailable for our delivery trucks, please let us know.

Urgent Bulk Gas Deliveries: 

If you run out of gas and need an urgent delivery, you can contact us on 03457 444999. Please get in touch if you urgently require gas and we’ll run through your options. 

Order and delivery information

If you're an auto-ordering customer
Your tank levels are being monitored and we'll schedule your next delivery for you. 
Allowing your tank to reach lower levels than you're used to, allows us to prioritise urgent deliveries and our vulnerable customers. We know low tank levels can make you a little nervous. 

  • You can check when your order is planned for using Calor Account Online
  • Use Calor Account Online to submit an updated tank reading
  • Email us, using the online form or via the email address on your statement.
  • Or, you can call your local customer service team. We are experiencing high call volumes, so please use the options above first, before calling. 

If you place your own orders
You should monitor your tank levels regularly, and place your next gas delivery when your tank reaches 30%.

Your delivery will be sent by your local Calor Operations Centre (COC). You can find your local team by referring to our map.
