Ordering options for on-demand customers

If you have an LPG tank, and place your own gas orders, you can now order in a variety of different ways. Take a look below at the different ordering options we offer. 

To help us place your new gas order, please have the following details to hand. You can find this information on your statement:

  • Customer number (also known as Account number or Sold to number)
  • Billing postcode
  • Ship-to number (also known as Delivery point)
  • Account name as it appears on your statement

Place a gas order online

You can now order online even if you don't have a Calor Account Online login. 

How to order via WhatsApp

Follow these simple steps

You can use WhatsApp to contact us about anything to do with your Bulk gas tank. Whether you’d like to place a gas order, query a payment, or something else, we're here to help.

Just call 0345 609 6202, choose option 1 for Bulk, select your local Customer Service Team, and choose option 2 for WhatsApp.

One of our team will reply via WhatsApp during office hours.

To speak to us on WhatsApp you must have the app downloaded onto your mobile device.
